To my previous requests , you have not given information requested and gave elusive replies, information. Please give me information about following under RTI Act :
1. What action taken against police and other department officials involved in bellary mining scam as reported by Honourable Karnataka lokayukta Justice Santhosh Hegde ?
2. What action taken against advocates and police responsible for riots in city civil court bengaluru ?
3. What action taken against police officials involved in dacoity at yelwal mysuru ?
4. What action against police officials involved in lottery scam ?
5. What action against STF police personnel who illegally tortured innocent tribals in MM hills during operation veerappan ?
6. What action against police officials who tortured , lathi charged innocent old people , pregnant women during mahadayi protests ?
7. What action taken against parappana agrahara jail officials colluding with criminals / jail inmates as mentioned in report by DIG Roopa ?
8. Give me the list of police officials facing corruption , criminal charges with their names and posting.

32. Most of the times common people are orally summoned to police stations , enquiry, detention not recorded in station diary. This facilitates few guilty police to escape legal prosecution in cases of third degree torture & lock up deaths. What actions government has taken to prevent oral summons , illegal detentions and third degree torture of innocents by police ?

Some senior police officers were not aware of the working of the CCTV system
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) chairperson on Thursday expressed concern that police in several states and Union Territories were still not fully complying with the 2018 Supreme Court direction for the installation of CCTV cameras having audio recording and night vision at every police station with an 18-month storage of recordings.
Justice Arun Mishra was chairing a meeting to discuss the measures to be taken to ensure the proper working of CCTVs at police stations with data backup.
NHRC inspections at police stations in the Delhi-NCR found:
■ Many CCTV cameras installed by the police headquarters were not found in working condition.
■ Some senior police officers were not aware of the working of the CCTV system
■ CCTV cameras were not installed at appropriate locations
■ There was no dedicated CCTV monitoring system in the police stations.
■ The standard data storage period for CCTVs in all police stations was 15-75 days (without audio)
■ There was no budgetary provision for maintenance of CCTV cameras
■ No SHO carried out periodic review of footage from CCTV cameras to check for human rights violations.
■ None of the SHOs had any knowledge regarding district-level oversight committees, periodic maintenance and upkeep of CCTV cameras and allied equipment and also budget provisions
